Paradox by Design ships our products using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  In rare circumstances we may find it necessary to ship with another carrier or may use a carrier requested by our customers.  In all cases we strive to ship out all orders quickly and safely with quality packing materials and practices.  You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipping. 

Though extremely rare, your order may arrive damaged.  If this occurs take pictures of the box immediately and in cases of obvious internal damage you may refuse the shipment with the carrier and we will work to replace the damaged item as soon as possible.  For damage found after acceptance of the package please take detailed pictures and forward them to our personnel for immediate assistance.
