The Paradox By Design coolant flange adapter fits all two bolt thermostat flanges in Detroit Diesel based 6.2 and 6.5 diesel engines. Our adapter is made from solid billet 6061 Aluminum on a 5 axis HAAS CNC machine and then anodized black. This adapter allows for two ports to return coolant into the cooling system or to add temperature gauges. One port is 1/8 NPT and the other 1/4 NPT.
One popular use is as an aftermarket coolant return for a water cooled turbocharger. Another is as a return for a fuel warming set-up (common among bio-diesel users). There are many other uses as well. This can be paired with our Gauge/Port Adapter for the feed side.
Includes one billet adapter, two gaskets, and two longer bolts. We also offer various AN/NPT fittings and adapters to help finish off your project.
